The next Meeting of the Meetings is happening on Sunday, January 28th at 7:00pm. Please be there on time. The meeting should only last one hour.
It’s important for your meeting to be represented so we can keep the schedule current, gather feedback from meetings, explain new policies, increase morale, and change the entry codes to ensure everyone's safety. Each home-group meeting should send one or two representatives. Attendance will be taken.
If no one from your group shows up, we will assume your meeting has dissolved, remove it from the website, and make the space available for a new group. All meeting representatives have been informed of this policy.
If you have questions about this meeting, please contact the board of directors. Click here to send them a note.
MEETING FORMATS. Please add the following information to your meeting formats, or make a regular announcement about these items before your meeting begins:
BACK DOOR ENTRY. We are shutting down the front door entry because of continual smoking problems. You will notice there is no lockbox in the front of the building. Please only enter through the back. If you'd like to park in the front parking lot, just take the sidewalk around the back of the building to get to the back door. We hope to install lighting very soon (depends on donations). There is a security camera in the back for additional safety. For questions about the backdoor, security, or lighting, please contact Daniel (623-666-0813).
CONDITION OF BACK PARKING LOT. Meeting members have noticed that the back parking lot has debris that makes driving/parking difficult for some vehicles. If you'd like to help sweep the back parking lot or raise funds to hire a sweeper, contact Maureen B. (480-208-3113).
FUNDRAISERS. Thanxchrismukkah went great, the Studio raised close to $1,700 (thank you!). If you'd like to help with fundraisers and fun events, please contact Jada (480-652-8212).
BUY A BRICK. Remember that bricks are always for sale for $100. If you'd like to buy a brick, simply donate $100 by CLICKING HERE. Be sure to type BRICK in the memo line, and include your contact information. We will reach out to you.
ZOOM. Please do not fiddle with the Zoom screen. Please do not ever "start a new meeting" on Zoom. The ceiling projector is controlled with the white remote. To turn on the rest of the Zoom system, simple walk to the back of Room A and say, "Ziggy, turn on large Room." To turn it off, say, "Ziggy, turn off large room." For questions about Zoom, please contact Daniel (623-666-0813).
SMOKING. Do not smoke in front of the building. All smoking should take place out back. We received a violation notice from the landlord - this is a serious matter and we need your help to ensure there is no smoking in the front of the building.
TRASH + BATHROOMS. Please pick up trash after your meeting — some meetings have been leaving cups, wrappers, and napkins on the floor. If you see the bathrooms are dirty or the trash cans need to be emptied, please take initiative to help out. Cleaning supplies and restocking items can be found in the white cabinet in Room A. If we are out of something, please contact Daniel (623-666-0813). Thank you in advance.
NEW COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. At our next Community Meeting (March 19th at 5:00pm), we hope to introduce SLACK. This will make communication between meetings and the board much easier.
LOCKBOX + ENTRY. The lockbox code will be changed. If you are a homegroup representative who needs the access code, please contact Daniel (623-666-0813). Remember to enter through the backdoor whenever possible.
FUNDRAISERS. Thanxchrismukkah is around the corner (yay!). Jada and Daniel are forming a volunteer committee. If you'd like to help with fundraisers, please contact Jada (480-652-8212) and/or Daniel (623-666-0813). Remember that bricks are always for sale for $100.
ZOOM. The zoom password has not been changed. It can always be found on the schedule page of this website.
DOOR + ELECTRIC BILL. Please keep the door closed during meetings because our air conditioning is overworking and costs us lots of money. Our last electric bill was over $500. Be sure all the doors are locked before you leave.
SMOKING. Do not smoke in front of the building. All smoking should take place out back. We are asking meetings to please police themselves. A picnic table and ash stations have been provided to encourage smoking in the back parking lot.
GUNS. Gun policy explained (none allowed, signage already provided). If someone has a gun, there is a firearm locker and key is provided. The owner of the firearm will hold the key during the meeting and put the key back in the locker when they retrieve their firearm after the meeting. If there are multiple firearms, place them all in the same locker and designate a key holder during your meeting.
TRASH. Please pick up trash after meeting — some meetings have been leaving cups, wrappers, and napkins on the floor. Thank you in advance.
LOCKBOX + ENTRY. The lockbox code has been changed. If you are a homegroup representative who needs the access code, please contact Bobby (713-927-0478). Remember to enter through the backdoor whenever possible.
SMOKING. Do not The lockbox code has been changed. If you are a homegroup representative who needs the access code, please contact Daniel (623666-0813). Remember to enter through the backdoor whenever possible.n the back parking lot.

If there are multiple firearms, place them all in the same locker and designate a key holder during your meeting.
ZOOM. The zoom password has been changed to 1Studio64. Host ID for meetings to kick out hackers is: 046898 Although there is a waiting room option, we don't implement it because every homegroup would have to designate a host for every meeting that takes place. This is unrealistic for many groups.
DOOR + ELECTRIC BILL. Please keep the door closed during meetings because our air conditioning is overworking and costs us lots of money. Our last electric bill was over $500. Be sure all the doors are locked before you leave.
SANITATION. Please wipe down chairs, trashes, door handles, etc. to keep the Studio clean. Please pick up trash after meeting — it appears some meetings have been leaving cups, wrappers, and napkins on the floor. Thank you in advance.
FUNDRAISERS. If you'd like to help with fundraisers, please contact Rachel (602-561-7688) and/or Daniel (623-666-0813). Thanxchrismukkah is coming up soon (yay!) and Daniel is forming a volunteer committee. Remember that bricks are always for sale for $100.
THANK YOU. The Sunday morning men's meeting (86ed) are the one's that donated picnic table out back. Acts of kindness like this help us keep a community spirit — give 'em a round of applause! If your homegroup would like to help out the Studio with a special gift or service, let us know and we'll make it happen.
LOCKBOX + ENTRY. Lockbox hardware and code has been changed. Please enter through the backdoor whenever possible.
SMOKING. Do not smoke in front of the building. All smoking should take place out back.
FUNDRAISING. Bricks are for sale for $100 each. If you donate $100, you can decorate or write your name on a brick. Studio164 T-shirts ($25) and stickers ($1) are for sale. To purchase items, contact a board member (or email us through this website).
AV + ZOOM. The AV system will be hardwired to avoid any connectivity and casting issues (to be completed by May 1). Do not unplug, undo, disconnect, or touch the system. The Studio is always willing to accept donations for tech upgrades. Zoom will never be off. The camera will always be on and the record feature will always be deactivated (applies to room A only; room B does not have cameras or Zoom).
POLICIES + PROCEDURES. Studio policies and guidelines are posted on large, yellow, laminated papers in Room A, Room B, and the lobby area.
7th TRADITION. If a meeting has $0 for donations, please fill out an envelope anyway and drop it even if it has $0 in it. This helps us know the meeting is still active.
CLEANING. The Studio will be cleaned twice per month by a professional cleaners, but this is not enough to keep the Studio looking fresh. Please clean up after your meeting (bathroom, trash cans, coffee area, wrappers off the floor, etc.).
TRASH. Please clean up after your meeting. Lock the dumpster after taking out the trash. The Studio has acquired multiple over-fill charges because neighbors dump their trash in our dumpster if it's not locked. If you cannot find the key to unlock/lock the dumpster, set your meeting's trash bags in the back parking lot up against the building wall. DO NOT put trash on top of the dumpster - this also causes the Studio to incur extra charges from the trash company.
